          Before we start...

Participant Information & Consent

You are invited to take part in an online experiment to assess the effectiveness of SAR using drones in a post-disaster scenario. The following pages represent only one part of the experiment, which assesses the speed at which humans can identify human targets in images. This experiment should take no longer than 30 minutes to complete, and the full instructions are on the next page.

Before that, we need to collect some information about you, and your consent to continue.

If you have any queries, or want to withdraw your data from the experiment, simply contact us at this email address: enquiries@rescue-institute.org

I confirm that I have read and understood the information sheet for the above study.
I understand that my participation is voluntary and that I am free to withdraw before the 1st of March 2023 without giving any reason.
I understand that my participation in the survey will be completely anonymous.
I agree to take part in the survey.
